« Khiet Lieu est incroyable. Je suis très reconnaissant pour son service et sa patience Je ne peux lui dire assez de merci. Cet endroit est un sauveur. Étant étudiant international, et n'ayant pas beaucoup d'argent, faire mes déclarations fiscales était très coûteux car je n'avais jamais fait cela auparavant. Cependant, cela valait la peine. Sans dépenser un seul nickel, j'ai obtenu mes déclarations fiscales en temps et je suis revenu. Le avocat m'a aidé avec les formalités également, qui étaient l'obstacle dans le processus. Dans l'ensemble, c'est l'un des meilleurs choses que cette pays a donné. »

This place is a saviour. Since am an international student and don’t make much, filing taxes was very expensive as I’ve never done that before. Although, I’d to take an appointment beforehand but it was worth it. Without spending a nickel I got my Tax returns on time and the Laywer help me with the formalities too which were blocking the process. Overall that’s one of the best things given by this country.

This centre is amazing. I got my taxes done with them and my experience was great. Booking was super simple and my appointment went smoothly. The staff were very helpful with any questions I had and were able to direct me to any additional resources I needed. I’ve also noticed that they always have programs/services for many demographics. Whether you’re new to the country,are low-income, a senior, a parent/gaurdian or youth. There’s something for everyone. This centre is definitely an asset and I am very grateful to have access to spaces like this. Thank you for the work that your centre does for the community.

Absolutely the worst service, no wonder its free , ive tried to call at least 10 times in a couple of days and no ones answers. They also took my t4s and didn't bother to answer.

From since I joined the Jane Finch Senior's program about six months ago, I've never missed a program because I get to meet lots of people, do exercise, go on trips, get ticket to the Ballet and many other activities even barbecue. I just love the program and Milena, Dannielle, Marziyeh and Alex are so great. They answer whatever questions or get the answers for us

This place is very unprofessional. They booked me an appointment for tax filing 1 month prior and canceled without me knowing. You can never contact them because they don’t answer. Not because it’s a free service you treat people like this. Pls take your tax filings elsewhere not worth the waste of time. Voicemail always full and they don’t return calls smh! Shame on you ppl!
