They scammed me. I paid $3,000 for auto service which included replacing 2 brake calipers. I supplied them with new calipers and they kept the core returns worth $300. When I asked for them back, they said they threw them out because I didn't state that I wanted them back. A licensed AST should damn well know better! And then after the service was done, my vehicle was leaking fluid. I took it back and they said it was leaking from the oil pan, but they never touched the oil pan and the leaking fluid clearly was not oil. Then they wanted to charge me for the inspection! They never offered to re-emburse me for the $300 cores or anything! Avoid this place like the plague!

Very happy with the service at JHG. Yesterday they installed a levelling kit in my truck and installed new tires for me. First of all, they quoted me almost $600 less than Canadian Tire for the same service. The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional, called me multiple times to verify service and update me on the process. After the wheel alignment, the techs stated the alignment was still a little out but they ensured they would dial it in when I'm available. I have nothing bad to say about this experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for automotive service.

This is not a fake review, and I usually don’t write reviews. However, I had such a great experience that I felt compelled to share. I was referred to them by Fix Auto, Fort McMurray after my windshield washer fluid stopped working. I had my hood replaced in Edmonton, but they incorrectly installed the wiring.

The staff here was incredibly helpful. They accepted me as a walk-in and even offered to fix the issue at no cost if it wasn’t a major repair—definitely not something you expect in Fort McMurray! Rett, the service technician, and Paula at the service desk were especially kind and accommodating.

Needed an emergency alignment as I had one done at a different shop in Edmonton a couple weeks ago and my steering felt loose and just not right ever since. I spoke to JHG and told them of the steering issues I was having and they fit me in 2 days earlier (the morning after I called) than had been planned when first asking about availability. My alignment has now been done correctly and feels great. Thanks to JHG for correcting another shops terrible work! Highly recommend this shop.
