Very fast and efficient. Ceiling was very high and there was a slight breeze, so comfortable temperature despite my going there at 1pm on a hot summer day.
Mechanics were very nice and explained things well, and offered more services while also including a price instead of just doing stuff and surprising you with the bill.
My car was fine, but I saw them being very thorough with the vehicle next to me and explaining safety concerns and such in a clear and concise way.
Would definitely recommend 🙂

No wait time, fast and friendly! Great service from a fellow female that loves cars like me! She answered all my questions, showed me what needed changing, and checked prices and options right there on the spot! Also, showed me the clean oil stick! Nice touch. Definitely going back there!

Took 45 mins to try and change the oil in my smart car. Never got all the oil out. Preceeded to charge me a european oil change fee for .8L of oil. $150 later
Never ever EVER go here trust me as a very inclined man. You will be very dissappinted and very overcharged. Will never return.

The process was prompt seamless, and professional. Your staff are great!

I've been to this location twice as of this review. The service people are very friendly, quick and efficient! It's convenient to have your oil changed in under 10 minutes without getting out of the car. If you're a busy person (like me) who can't always find the time to leave your car at a dealership / mechanic (also like me), it's a great option. They also check other fluids, lights, filters, etc. For most folks, something like a cabin filter is a super easy (and inexpensive) thing to change on your own... but convenience!

The only negative is that it isn't cheap. It's not quite double the cost of getting your oil changed elsewhere... but that's the price of convenience, and I can't knock them a star for it. Also, the debit/credit payment terminals do have a tip prompt activated. How you feel about that is up to you.
