Wow! First time renting here, and I'll definitely be back. Fantastic rental rates, and they go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. I had an issue with the dethatcher I rented, I called in, and within 10 minutes they brought me a replacement and picked up the problematic one! They were also flexible when I needed to change my rental from 4 hours to 24 hours.

Extremely greedy owner. After asking on the phone whether I can pay with a credit card, I brought my American express with me. However, after a several tries, it turned out they only take visa and mastercard. I asked him if I could come back tomorrow to pay with my mastercard and the owner refused. Than I asked him if he would drop the price by 2% since clearly the lady was not aware that they didn't take American express. He refused also. Also they ruined my decorative Concrete with glycol when hooking their heater up to my in floor heating system. The guy doing it assured me that glycol wouldn't leave any stains. Very incompetent.
