Amazing customer service, their was a mix up for the shipping, they quickly resolved it by giving me the parts they had and getting the rest the next day, they even gave me lots of extra food and a free shaker cup! Couldn’t have been more helpful and generous. The food was also great, it’s very convenient. I highly recommend.

A little pricey for the quantity of food you get, but very convenient. Food often goes on sale for 50% and staff is quite friendly. I frequently get my meals from here before going on night shifts!

Most, if not all the meals are delicious. The meat is always the perfect texture and flavor. You never feel like there was a bad batch or anything. Consistent quality meals and of course convenient. That's what keeps bringing me back again and again.

Huge thank you to the crew from the Fort McMurray location! I contacted the store and was met by one of the crew members and shortly after by the manager, Michelle. I fly in/out of the city for work and decided to explore the meal prep options from JBM Meals for my days on shift. The meals are always fresh, well seasoned, well made and I look forward to working with them moving forward. Michelle and her team were patient with the questions I had and the company delivered on their promise of a good, well portioned meal. 10/10 recommend!

The best meal prep!! They have great selection with a variety of choices to accommodate everyones needs. The staff are wonderful and super helpful. This place has been a game changer for me especially working shift work. Definitely worth trying out!

Had it twice now, the selection is amazing. I'm usually wary when it comes to this stuff as meats are usually dry but they all came out perfectly moist! Brisket Shepards pie and mango maple salmon are some of my faves. They also carry a great variety of keto meals, which being in it before I know can become bland fast! I also seen breakfast and treat/desserts as well. I'll be back for sure.
