We have been overrun with drug dealers and homeless people going to these dealers Apts and nothing is being done. They wreck the washers and dryers, steal anything and everything and make a mess of our garbage room. Nobody is accountable, especially our maintenance supervisor here in Lindsay.

They don't do background checks before movieing people in and alow bullieing even when they say it isn't tollarated they do nothing about it or the people who use vargerl language around young kids who do not need to be exposed to that kind of experience . And they make ones who fallow the rules suffer and let the ones who start the drama and do not fallow the rules in houseing and they alow them to stay when they should be kicked out and they take to long to take action about anything you adrwss to get rid of that kind of situation mean while they ban people who don't live in housieng who visit others and let junkies take over and drama people take over and get away with there awful behavior and slander it's sickens me

I've been in Housing for years now. I became disabled and turned to Housing for an affordable place to live. In my time renting from them, I've found that if you show you are a good tenant, the staff are absolutely fantastic. It seems like a simple thing; you be a good tenant and the Housing staff are good with you. But I know it's never that easy. They aren't perfect, but it cannot be easy managing the growing demand for affordable rental housing. Except for a bad neighbour, I have no complaints about Housing, their staff, our unit or the maintenance people. We are very grateful for the privilege of affordable rent and are thankful towards the staff. Much of any issues come from bad tenants.

They'd be getting a zero star if I could they don't care about anything or anyone they treat there tenants like shut with no regard to anyone's wellbeing housing is the worst place I've ever lived

You tell me how were on a province wide lockdown and Lindsay housing system is moving people into an apartment building. I really don't understand how this is able to happen considering the building is suppose to be closed due to non essential. Wow glad to see how people really are listening.
