I don't understand why school is closed tomorrow April 1. Are the Brighton schools without power?

The latest email makes no sense to me. It is so well written but its essense is empty. Will teachers post content online? How is Peterborough at all connected with Brighton? And with another special weather statement of ice rain on Wednesday, are we to assume you will update working families with a surprise repeat school cancellation? So just day-to-day broadcast of secret plans to keep everyone safe from liability for the rest of the school year?

Try as I might to process the pushed narrative in these emails if the power is on in the Brighton schools our kids should be in the classroom.

I hope there is thought of a better story emailed to families tomorrow because the latest one is vague at best. Or better yet, get back in the classroom and stop sending noreply emails to working families.

They would rather trust and protect a punk kid that is prone to violence and throws around false criminal accusations than actually protect their own employees that face said accusations from those little terrors. I hope Ashley Jansen find peace and solace from Kawartha's gross incompetence. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.

I thought the closure of PCVS was suppose a cost savings measure.

Obviously not the case. Shame on this school board for relying on teachers, parents, and figures in the community to purchase new playgrounds for 2 elementary schools within Peterborough.

That is not the communities responsibility. It is the school boards.

Shame on this entire establishment.
