My experience at Strathmore dental is always professional and very helpful. Staff and dentist very friendly and attentive. I used to have a fear of dentist but find Dr Hugh Kennedy is very gentle and calming. Thank you all for your wonderful service and consideration. My husband and are very pleased with the service.

We have been going to Strathmore Dental Centre for years and we have always been impressed with the professionalism and patient services!
We are always well taken care of and our dental concerns are always taken care of with quality work! Our experience has been 100% from the time we are greeted at reception all the way through to our appointment time and departure! Thank you 😊

Do not recommend.
I would never go to someone who won't let me be in the same room as my kids.
I took my 11 year old to his appointment today and was told by the hygienist that I couldn't sit with him in the room for his filling. When I asked why, I was told there wasn't enough space for me in room. I asked for a small stool in the corner, only to be told that the dentist prefers to work without anyone in the room.
When he came in to discuss it with me he was very condescending, made sports analogies, and talking down to me in a very demeaning way.
My son felt very disrespected and underestimated. When he spoke up for himself he was met with disdain from Dr. Kennedy.
Dr. Kennedy questioned my parenting style, was extremal judgmental and rude to both myself and my son.
Anyone who tells me I can't be in the same room as my children is not someone to be trusted.
I won't be going back there again, and would recommend anyone with kids do the same.

I have been going to SDC for about 15 or 20 years. I have always been treated courteously and with utmost professionalism. Melody is a wonderful receptionist who thoroughly knows her profession. Doctor Alston is always friendly and she and her assistant always show concern for my welfare during a procedure, no matter how minor.
Definitely 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for these people.

This was my one and only Dentist for the last 15+ years until I moved away. The ladies there are all extremely friendly. I'd highly recommend anyone to come here. Even throughout covid their bookings weren't too far into the future. Especially if your schedule was open enough to take someones cancellation.

Great staff and Dr, Kennedy is the best dentist I have ever been to.
Normally I have to be tasered to get in the dentist chair but, this clinic has changed my mind completely. THANKS SO MUCH !

Dr. A said I needed fillings… I haven’t had one in years. I didn’t feel good about it at all. I sought out another dentist and didn’t say a word. It’s been a year and I haven’t been told I need any fillings. So disappointing! Honesty is always the best policy!
