Booked a walk through to learn about the centre and see if it would be a good fit for my 4 year old. Booked a time with the director, both my husband and I rearranged our day to make it for the time they offered. Stood there for 20 min before someone came out and told us they forgot we were coming and the director suggested we go home and book another day. A staff member there gave us a quick tour so we didn’t waste our time and said the director would call to follow up with additional information. Never heard back from anyone. Horrible first impression, has me wondering if you have so little respect for our family’s time, how would you treat my child while in your care?

This facility is a nightmare. Do not take your child here. My son has behavioural issues and was having problems, we explained we were looking into a diagnosis and they ended up kicking my son out which is fine, but the most insane part is they called CPS on our family. I am the main parent to always pick up my son, and no one ever questioned if we were safe at home or if there was any problems. Even when my sons grandma was there no one asked her if my son was safe. My child never came in with any bruises or any indications that he was in an unsafe environment. They also accused my son of saying to staff “you’re a c*nt*” when in fact, he’s just four years old and instead of using a complete sentence and saying “cut it out” he says “you cut”.

Also, when my husband and I had a meeting with the director and the other support staff who is the one who called CPS, the director didn’t even say a word to us. He just sat there playing on his phone. Seemed really concerned that a child was being abused, I guess that is why he just hung out on his phone texting or whatever he was doing.

Avoid this place at all costs. Even if you need to wait extra time to find childcare which I know is hard, I assure you having your child at home is a lot better than being at this place.

I DO NOT recommend this daycare. My child was there for a year and some and was bullied a lot and the staff never cared, no incident reports were done for his accidents either. Please stay away from this daycare !
