We are about a month into the KidStrong program that just recently opened it’s St. Albert location and we couldn’t be happier with the program! From the beautiful, clean space to the friendly and welcoming coaches, the whole experience is highly recommended! From a boy mom with a very active guy, this is a great way for him to burn off some energy, while learning skills and building his confidence. We truly look forward to our weekly classes! Yes, ‘we’ as they always make sure to include the parents too!

The coaches at KidStrong have shown tremendous care to our daughter, which has contributed to increasing her physical and social development. Enrolled my 3yo just over 3 weeks ago to this program. This is the first extra curricular activity that he has genuinely enjoyed! After just three classes he’s asking everyday when we’re going back. I’ve already noticed growth with his confidence, motor skills and listening skills. By far one of the best programs ever created! Highly recommend!

It's engaging not only for our kids but for us parents as well. This teaches them core skills, values, team building, accountability. The list goes on. I have tried to maintain a grass roots mentality with my boys at home. Although all kids love their tablet time, it's important for them to stay engaged with the real world, and they feel great after class!
5 stars all day, this was and is an incredible experience.

This is an incredible program that not only encourages physical activities for our children, but also tools they can use in social situations. Both of my children were timid going in, but after the first class they were both so excited and asking when their next class is! The staff are all so friendly, we can not wait to go to our next class!
