I had to cancel at this hotel due to a family emergency and contacted the front desk. They assured me they could accommodate me and we’re very helpful. Later, I came to understand that they processed the entire charge anyways and would not converse with me in any previous conversations. They charge me for the entire stay, and not just one night. Furthermore, they denied any conversation conversations as it related to my refund or my emergency circumstance.

I never checked in. I never authorize payment. They acted in bad faith and I couldn’t get a consistent response from anyone. If you didn’t know this hotel was a complete dive to begin with – let me assure you it is. Not just it’s physical appearance for the sketchy behavior of its administrative staff.

I’m guessing they do not belong to the Better Business Bureau. Stay away if possible.

What else is better then to have a great meal and ur fave beers on tap and cocktails out for date night! No worry for a cab u can get a room. And there spectacular for the history of the place! U Also get 10% in the pub for staying!

We stayed in for 2 nights, the front desk staff is really friendly. Very comfy beds, we liked how the mini bar is full stacked up. It’s an old building but they maintained it really well.

Our rooms, lobby area it was all very clean. Will book again!

My cousins and I came to Oliver for the Thanksgiving holiday in America and we had a wonderful time. The Kings hotel is wonderful. It’s with walking distance within walking distance of everywhere in town and we had such a great time.
