Jason of Kingfisher Craft Company does excellent long arm quilting and binding of my quilts using top quality battings + thread. He has a keen, creative eye for panto design selection and makes good suggestions when I’m unsure what to choose for my quilts. My quilts come back neatly packaged. Never loose threads or skipped stitches & they’re perfectly binded -> He’s meticulous, exacting, in his work. His turn-around-times for completion are quick. Last year I purchased a kit to create Jason's "Prairie Wildflower" quilt top and finally got to it this spring. Just as I was about to assemble the blocks, I realized I had made a cascade of cutting errors for one bloc and I had no more of that type of fabric. I took a chance and wrote to Jason for advice. TaDa!! he came to the rescue, cut the few pieces I needed and sent them to me ... free! I definitely will be doing more Kingfisher projects! Thank you, Jason!

Recently attended both the stained glass and landscape collage quilting workshops taught by Phyllis Cullen. The venue was perfect with ample space for everyone to set up a work space, mountains of fabric scraps were generously provided, and every possible need was anticipated. The instruction and guidance provided throughout the course by Phyllis and her assistants ( Dianna, Mary and Jason) were exceptional and much appreciated by those of us less artistically inclined. The daily caffeine and treats provided were an extra bonus! Thank you Jason, for putting on such a high quality series of workshops. Looking forward to see what comes next.

A fun and intensive week of learning new techniques with Phyllis Cullen. Jason went above and beyond in organizing this week long event which was packed full of learning new ways to create art, from stain glass to portraits, landscapes to pet collage, new friends, lots of goodies and, almost best of all, shopping his extensive supply of fabric. Jason, at Kingfisher Craft Company, has quilted oodles of quilts for me over the past two years. He is generous with his time in recommending thread colours and quilting designs, and he is spot on. I have always been extremely satisfied with how he finishes my quilt tops. He treats each quilt top as if it is precious, and he acknowledges the work and love put into each quilt, even when they have mistakes.

He takes awesome photos and creative videos of work he quilts and posts them on Instagram.
He is always encouraging and supportive. On occasion, I have asked if he could order a fabric collection and he has checked it out and ordered it when possible.

Jason has a great selection of fabric and quilt kits and accessories available from his store. Visiting his store is a unique experience. His store is bright, cheerful, colourful and welcoming. And the location and views are incredible. Jason is a creative and talented person and I enjoy seeing his designs and ideas. I am so grateful to have met him and for all the services his store provides.
