3 of my children have used KLEOS over the last 8 years in partnership with Claro Learning Centre. They have provided fantastic supports, frequent assessments, and have amazing staff. They have gone above and beyond to support my children and family.

The only complaint that I have is the difficulty we experienced with my daughter's teacher and her lack of organization, especially prior to her starting at Claro (just doing KLEOS online). It would be much better if they stuck to a standardized programming system instead of having each new teacher essentially "reinvent the wheel". We went from having a teacher with logical, organized lesson plans that were clearly mapped out with timelines, helpful tutorials, etc to one that was far less organized - it would make way more sense for the teachers to all use the same online program and just tweak it as needed(and this would also create a lot less work for the teachers)

No warning and we just found out that they cut the contract with the learning center that my son was going to. They don't care about the kids or the teachers that have worked with the rest of the students. My son is upset that he won't get to go to school with the friends he has made in the last couple of years. Not a great representation of what this company is suppose to do, look after the kids and their learning. Not great at all

1 was the lowest rating google would allow me to give. Whatever you do DO NOT TRUST YOUR KIDS SCHOOLING WITH KLEOS. These people say they are there to help your kid but actions speak louder than words. My kid was enrolled with them for curriculum and going physically to a place that guided her through the work, connected with Kleos to collaborate on it to ensure it was at the right level etc. This place is where she felt comfortble and what she considers her school. Kleos has severed ties with this learning center with only days notice and absolutely NO explaination. All questions have been met with unacceptable non-answers like "we are not able to tell you why at this time" etc. My daughter is autistic and change of any kind is very distressing for her let alone change with no warning to give us time to prepare her. On top of that Kleos as a school gets a large amount of funding given to them by the government for my child and there has been No explaination of what they will be doing with that funding for the gap between now and when she is able to find another school to enroll in. Will they just be pocketing it? That says nothing about the amount of time she may be without official schooling while a new online school is being searched for. This whole thing has been a slap in the face and the no answers and false sincerity is a double punch to top it off. The ease with which this has been done to us makes me fear this is not the first time something like this has happened! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL, THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE!!!

This place is atrocious, my teacher didn't give me work until NOVEMBER, NOVEMBER is mental, on top of that she keeps confusing me with another student with my name. Then out of the blue we are getting kicked out of school WITHOUT REASON.

They are blocking 17 kids with Autism and/or ADHD from receiving help from BI's.

They have left children to fend for themselves in public school, most of these kids aren't at grade level or are mentally 2-4 years behind.

The principal is like a god damn robot, basic responses and a robotic tone, This place is a disgrace and puts a stain on mankind, please DONT EVER SEND YOUR KIDS HERE.

Kleos recognizes November 13th as World Kindness Day, but how do they practice it…

As per their post, “November 13th is World Kindness Day, an opportunity to spread kindness throughout our communities. Small gestures—helping a neighbor, sharing a kind word, or volunteering—can make a big difference. Schools and families often take part in kindness-themed activities to inspire everyone to make kindness a habit.”

Well, to the children, parents, and staff at my son's learning center, kindness was apparently the last thing that was on their mind on November 13, when they decided to pull their DL school program from our children’s center with only 2 days notice with no explanation to anyone, leaving everyone afraid, confused, and in the dark.

You preach about being there for the community, yet you put the children and their families who have had to fight so hard to find a place for their children to feel safe, welcome, and accepted out to the curb with the snap of your finger. You also put in jeopardy the jobs of the amazing staff that have worked so hard to help guide our children through so many battles and come out the other end stronger, smarter, and with more confidence to face this world. They have done everything for us, you have done nothing.

Do better for the future kids and their families you come across, for no one deserves what you have done to us all.

We made the switch to Distributed Learning in grade 5 mainly due to the pandemic and now will not go back! The teachers are engaged and helpful and curriculum is so diverse and inclusive. My child had a really positive experience this year and their confidence in their capabilities has greatly improved. We had no trouble receiving our learning materials or accessing the program virtually and we can't wait for next year!

Love this school. My son has been with Kleos since grade 8 and is graduating this year. When we switched to Kleos his grades improve and the stress relief was enormous. This school is professional, caring and very student focused. My only regret is that I did not enroll my child sooner. Highly recommend this school.

This school is the worst! The teachers are moronic SJWs, talk about an indoctrination school, like some uni courses. One of my teachers was a gender studies major. They choose the worst mailing service to deliver textbooks, which means i can fail classes from their incompetence.

I'm glad I'm already out of here.
