Place hyper familiale, Tristan est d’une gentillesse incroyable! Notre air climatisé a fait défaut à ça pris 5 minutes et nous avions un autre cottage!

Près de tout les services! Je recommande et j’y retournerais sans hésiter!

Endroit très insalubre!!! Ce n'est vraiment pas comme sur la publicité... Cottage très désuet, manque énormément d'entretien. Il y avait de la moisissure partout... dans les fenêtres, au plafond, au tour des robinets, etc... De plus, la toilette ne flushait pas du tout... Pour compléter le tout, il y avait une odeur de vomit dans les chambres... Les lits, disons que je vais passer... Vacances en famille très décevantes... Très bruyant les weekends, car les jeunes sont la bienvenue sur le site pour faire des mégas party comme dans les films (musique très forte, alcool à profusion et j'en passe...) La totale quoi!!!

Spent one night. Atmosphere and staff were wonderful and accommodating. Rooms needed some TLC BUT if you’re looking for a relaxing experience similar to camping. This is the place to be. Also 5 minute walking distance to beach was a nice bonus 🙌

First let me say that Tristen is an amazing host, accommodating and friendly. He really makes the stay much better, he is the best part of this place.

The outside space is well kept, it’s quaint and rather cute. Tiny little wooden cottages create a little community atmosphere, almost like a little town you’d see in an old western movie. They have great amenities outdoors, some of the best barbecues I’ve seen at a place like this. Two of them with a large roofed area to eat outdoors. There is also a really nice outdoor fireplace/pit it’s pretty modern and looks very nice, though we did not utilize this feature or the bbqs when we stayed here the one night.

It was a last minute booking so I am happy they squeezed us in, we may have gotten the scraps so to speak as it was such a last minute booking. That being said the room we got left much to be desired.
Upon entering the musty smell of the room was palpable, we know this is a cottage style unit but it was in pretty bad condition even for that. The air conditioner was the saving grace and the bathroom we found clean, with hot and cold water albeit on opposite taps (red=cold and blue=hot) which confused me at first. But these two features were the only decent part of this room anyway.

The space is not cleaned, there are spider webs everywhere. Half of the bench seating was unusable due to this. Again we know the location and cottage style can have bugs, but at the price this place charges you would expect them to clean up a bit. The walls have holes, crudely patched and the general decor is extremely dated, decades old. There is no microwave, only a burner that barely functioned. One coil was not working and the one that worked was located directly under a cabinet. This really caused issues for us cause it took ages to heat up food and with seeing a kitchenette listed online, we expected a microwave not a 50yr old stove top.The fridge was decent, broken in areas but did the job however the freezer was a brick of ice.

There is no tv at all, that’s not a huge deal as we did bring our own portable unit to watch things on and they do have free WiFi.

They do not provide ANY towels or bedding which we found rather odd. All places we have been to, even cheaper motels offered bedding and towels. The bed was the worst part, half of the bed had a broken base so it literally dipped down. I had to sleep there as my husband was too heavy and his legs would fall down into the corner. The bed base is also nailed down with sharp nails sticking out so my husband almost cut himself when seeing if he could fix this issue. Bed itself was not comfy either with springs you could feel.
I slept maybe 3 hrs at most here as this unit attaches to two others so all your walls are shared. Everything they did we could hear, it was so loud and it’s not that these ppl were particularly loud either, just any movement or sound carried and almost amplified through the walls.

The location is great though, mere steps from the main strip and beach which is one of the main reasons why we picked this place. They do have security here which is nice, they give you bracelets to wear to ensure only guests access the property. They do have noise rules and a last call for the fire pit at 1am I think, I get this but at the same time for some ppl who are night owls, this may be a bit early but I don’t think it’s that bad either.

As we were leaving my husband spoke with another guest who said they literally had water pouring out of a hole in their wall, which terrified their children. They also said their unit was in bad repair and extremely dated so they did not seem to be very happy with their stay.

Maybe we just got the two bad units but if you ask me, logic would dictate that most if not all of their units are pretty comparable.

Personally I feel the rave reviews here are mostly due to Tristen, which i agree was great. But for the price they charge, the rooms really need serious improvement to deserve 4 stars.

Amazing place!! The host Tristan was super friendly & nice. Perfect walking distance to the beach. Will definitely be coming back soon.

This place is a gem!! I loved my stay, the host Tristan is amazing and very accommodating. The vibes are immaculate. Highly recommend!!!
