Last night, one of our team members encountered a challenging situation when their combination got stuck and spun out on a hill, a few hours away from our main yard. We reached out to several trucking companies in the area for assistance but received multiple rejections without much explanation. Eventually, we contacted Lac La Biche Transport, and despite their limited resources, the individual we dealt with was incredibly accommodating and willing to help. In the end, our team managed to resolve the issue on their own, but we will always remember the willingness and generosity shown by Lac La Biche. We would like to extend our appreciation to their entire team and acknowledge their culture of supporting their fellow truckers in need.
