I recently had my 2006 Acura taken in after I had met Donnie & Elaine when I was given a really large estimate from another mechanic. I travel from Edmonton and Calgary a lot and I need a reliable vehicle especially in the winter. They were able to fix it no problem and for less then half the cost I was initially quoted along with taking care of my insurance inspection. Not to mention fast. They had my car for one afternoon, overnight and then called me before noon the next day. The front desk staff were so great. Super easy to work with and very welcoming even after I called them with a bunch of questions. Best experience I've ever had by far. They are definitely my go to mechanic.

I brought my 2014 Ram 1500 4x4 big Horn for the first time to Lacombe Auto Service Centre for a front end alignment a few weeks ago. I received great service at reasonable price. What I appreciated the most is that they were very honest and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this auto service shop and will be a returning customer for all future maintenance/repair needs for my vehicle.

I recently had my 2012 ram 1500 serviced with 2A auto becuase I had a big trip planed( over 30hr of driving towing a heavy trailer). The customer service was great, they where willing to hold my vehical for over a week just because I was out of town for work. They had suggested multiple repairs for my truck but all of it was exactly what I was expecting to see so there was no one there trying to add unneeded repairs! The truck held up great I had no issues the entire trip and the truck still driving perfectly.

I'd like to start off by saying napa has always been my go to, since I got my first car they have always been kind and understanding. The owner especially is a great guy. All my friends know i perfer to take my car only to napa. Although I had taken my car in again for some brake issues and I really don't know much of anything about vehicles. I just turned 17 and still have alot to learn. Yet when I went in there and had questions about my diagnostic i was made to feel like I should just know and if I just "look at the obvious" I would understand. Now this really rubbed me the wrong way. I understand it probably wasn't ment to come off rude but it definitely did. I'm taking my car in, which is already something I'm nervous about, so telling me to just look at the obvious isn't gonna help, if I knew the obvious I wouldn't be taking it in or aaking you questions. As such I just felt very upset leaving there. I was very polite even after everything, I understand my questions may have seemed unnecessary or didn't make sense but I am just trying to learn. And this experience is the main reason I never like to take my car in. All I'm saying is napas a great place but some understanding and patience goes along way. I've never left a place and didnt even pick up my car, I was so upset. I took my keys and left to cry. Now how I felt dosent affect them, but I think a little bit of consideration would be nice as to how it can make people feel. As I'm sure there's many other young kids that over think things, and have questions. Just note I have only ever dealt with the owner and this was my first experience with other staff.

Terrible experience at this shop, I'm not one to write a review. They found unnecessary issues during an out-of-province inspection, and overcharged me. I got the work done elsewhere but had to return for them to sign off since I already paid for the inspection, and they still charged me again just to look at it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially women.
