I was so impressed with the service at Lacombe Florist & Gifts. I am living overseas and wanted to get my mom flowers for her 60th birthday. I went on the website and placed an online order for same-day delivery. I turned out the shop was actually closed for the long weekend… And this is where they truly went above-and-beyond!

Laura emailed me to say she would personally deliver the flowers… As long as 8:30am wasn’t too early!! She even upgraded the bouquet to a larger arrangement at no extra cost. My mom was so surprised to receive beautiful flowers and a handwritten note! It really made her birthday special and put a smile on her face. Which is not always easy during times like this.

I cannot thank Laura for her amazing service. It’s never expected for people to go the extra mile like that, it fills me with so much gratitude for her and the shop.

I went in on only a day's notice to get an arrangement for my husband's celebration of life service. The lady did an amazing job on the flower arrangement, it was perfect! The smaller matching one was also perfect (not pictured) thank you so much.

I have received flowers from this flirist since moving here and have to say the quality and longevity of the flowers was amazing. I have to say the call ahead was very nice so they knew when I would be home to receive the flowers. I was so thrilled to receive a beauriful Christmas arrangement from the Lacombe Florist Elves. When the arrangement was delivered the delivery person said it was from the Elves. Of course, I called to see who actually sent the flowers so I could thank them and was told that it was actually from the florist. I was so surprised and thankful. This florist is the bomb! Would always recommend them to anyone who asks what florist to use. Thank you. Thank you, for making my Christmas feel special.
