Best Pharmacy I’ve ever used. They genuinely care about your overall wellbeing and work with your doctor to ensure you are on the correct medication and explain the directions to you well. I’ve been going there for probably 4 years now and Jon and Mike both treat you with respect and patience. Jon has even dropped prescriptions off at home for me in the past when I had been too sick to drive. And both pharmacist assistants are knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Best pharmacy I've ever been to. The entire team is sweet and friendly. They are always kind and don't treat you like a burden like most places do now a days. They offer complementary water bottles and snacks. Their doctors don't mind anwsering any questions you may have and are very knowledgeable about everything. Most times when I have gone in they seem to know more and can tell me whats wrong with me better than most other doctors elsewhere do. I went in with strep throat today and they talked me through the strep test and made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and like they truly do care about their patients. They are my go to pharmacy for sure.

John is perhaps the best pharmacist I have every had the pleasure to meet. I had to get travel shots with my son. After finding no useful service in Red Deer, I contacted John, and he was able to get everything set up very quickly. He took my insurance plan, directed billed everything, and gave us our vaccination records. We just showed up, and everything was taken care of.

He was professional and caring in his administration of the shots we had to get. He made sure we were okay with our needles, and he took the time to explain everything. His email and phone communication was quick and clear, and he follows up with any necessary details.
