How does one fully express their appreciation, the extended care & not to forget her attention to detail. We’ve been to a number of facilities over the years but Sue & her crew go above & beyond daily. Sue is a no nonsense tell it to you straight but she does it with each individuals best interests to heart. Above & beyond is seemingly their motto Thank You a million times over & over!!

Highly recommend! Called around and was greeted by Sue who gave a very informative, straightforward description of the units and pricing. Besides the excellent friendly service found they had the best prices. Once going to get our storage unit was very impressed with their security system which gives us a great piece of mind that our contents are safe.

We have used Lacombe Storage Centre for a number of years and remain satisfied customers. It has been quick and easy to change between sizes of storage lockers to meet our changing needs with support from the staff who are always friendly and helpful. No matter what the Alberta weather throws at us our belongings have always been safe and dry inside the lockers, and access during the winter has not once been an issue due to build up of ice or snow.

Sue was super helpful getting the storage unit set up, the app is easy to use, storage unit was bigger than than I thought it would be with the high roof we were able to fit more than we planned. 30 day contract is also nice if you start in the middle of the month.

I so appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Sue and Brent and Lacombe Storage Center. They always go above and beyond for their customers always.
