I absolutely love this yoga studio! It’s the perfect blend of cozy and warm, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The inviting atmosphere creates such a welcoming space where everyone, no matter their level of experience, feels included and supported. Love this studio! Really nice and relaxed atmosphere. Love Nikki's classes! Always leave feeling less stressed and refreshed! Also yoga nidra with Donna is awesome for something different and meditative.

I have been coming to Lahari for many years. I love the hot yoga classes! Just love Larissa’s 75 minute classes and Emma’s evening class! Lahari has beautiful energy and it always makes my day when I can get to a class.

My sister took me to a class and OH MY GOSH!!! coming back for sure. Not only was it fun but my body feels amazing and Lahri doesn't push or embarrass anyone. She's so fluent and non-judgemental. She even goes above and beyond with visiting each person individually with cold towels and essential oils. Never have i felt so safe yet excited to push myself. Best class ever and cant wait for the next one!!

I went to Lahari for the first time last night, and it had such a great environment and great space! Large rooms with beautiful windows! The class was well guided by the instructor (great for beginners) and is a complete judgement free zone! Thank you, I really enjoyed myself!

Lahari is an absolute gem of a studio. Larissa and all of the staff create such a welcoming, warm and supportive space. There are various classes throughout the day with an opportunity to try many different types of yoga including hot flow, restorative and yin for all different levels. I feel grateful to be able to practice at such a beautiful and authentic studio with such genuine instructors. Thank you Lahari for making this studio such an accepting space!

This is definitely one of my favourite spots for hot yoga. Every instructor has been incredible and I’m a big fan of the Saturday 75 min Hot Yoga with Larissa!
