First, no bed bugs! Customer service was great, super friendly. Room was so comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was incredibly clean. Self serve breakfast had a wonderful variety of things to choose from! We would definitely go back!

My friend and I booked through Expedia and received my receipt, credit card charged immediately. My friend has cancer and very, very ill from the treatment and the oncologist advised to cancel participation in CIBC Run for a Cure. I tried to cancel through Expedia and they could not find my booking. Imagine, they can't find me but they have my money!! I called the hotel and they said the refund would have to come from Expedia. Expedia told me it was non-refundable. My friend is so ill and devastated she can't participate and now this no refund. |Expedia is a scam, do not book anything through them. Do not book with this hotel as they have no compassion or common sense. The hotel will get paid twice for one room this weekend. Great way to make a profit off the backs of potential customers!!

Very nice property. Check in was smooth, staff were friendly, and the rooms were very clean, updated and most importantly, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And best of all, the price was very reasonable. We’d definitely stay here again.

I overheard the supervisor screaming at the staff and berating them. Super unprofessional and made us so uncomfortable. The cleaning staff works hard and the Filipina lady sits there and yells at them. She needs to go. No one needs to be treated that way. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was attentive. The supervisor lady has made it where we will no longer stay here. I can’t support a place that treats their staff so poorly.

The overall stay at the Lakeview Inns & Suites was mediocre at best. The building itself is looking rundown as are the hallways and suites. There are several areas of the business that are in need of repair such as ripped sheets on the beds or ripped curtains, the bathroom is in need of new caulking and the shower head is very old and caked with debris.
The breakfast is lackluster and seems to be an afterthought. Don’t bother with the breakfast and instead go to one of the restaurants around.

In my opinion, save yourself the hassle of staying here and find many better options.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had a room booked and paid for. I had to change the date of arrival and they WOULD NOT refund my money from the first booking, even though my new date was at the same location. I would have had to pay again for the new date. Since I couldn't change the date, I cancelled my reservation and they DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY.

Let’s start with the obvious, there’s no lake and no view. If you’ve ever stayed at a Comfort Inn, this will be familiar. Save yourself some calories and skip the free breakfast Lots of businesses and restaurants in the vicinity. Decent place for the price.

Didn't ask for assistance coz we arrived 10:30 at night and we're too tired.

Asked them for a small discount for the inconvinience, but got blamed that I should've told them about it instead.

How about making sure everything works before getting the rooms occupied instead of passing it on to your clients?

Clients are suppose to enjoy their stay not to do part of your job.

Not coming back, will not recommend and will make sure I pass along my bad experience.

By the way they charged me $280 for my stay... What a rip off..
