Our experiences here truly warm our hearts! The customer service is outstanding, mainly thanks to Nathan and the excellent staff, who consistently go above and beyond. The meals are delicious, and the popcorn makes for a delightful snack! The chairs are cozy, allowing us to relax completely, and we appreciate how impeccably clean everything is, including the restrooms. We cherish our visits here and look forward to creating more lovely memories each time!

Theater we were in was a bit worn but nice. It was also the last showing so they didn't bother to clean it for the handful of us who were there.. probably better earlier. I hope. Otherwise, standard theater experience. Pre-assigned seating, concessions, good sound, bit expensive, but nice experience. Slightly confusing flow when under staffed. No one to help with ticket purchases or to even take the ticket when we came in. Random guy in hallway did check us though. Keeps a minimum lighting so you can see your feet if you need to leave during movie. Join rewards for drink refills.

The best theatre I have ever seen — very clean and well maintained!
I am from the south of India, and for many of us, watching movies is our main source of entertainment. Unfortunately, if we want to watch a movie in our own languages, we have to travel all the way to Edmonton, which is not always possible.
It would be wonderful if Landmark Cinemas could also play South Indian movies — Malayalam and Tamil hit films — along with good Hindi movies. Right now, it feels like the focus is mostly on Punjabi movies, but India is so much more than that. We have a large Malayalee community here in Fort McMurray who would truly appreciate having our languages represented on the big screen.
Please consider screening Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi movies in addition to Punjabi films. It would make Landmark Cinemas an even more inclusive and loved place for movie lovers like us.

This is the third time I've gotten over salty popcorn. It's like they don't know how to make popcorn at the place. It's literally high blood pressure in a bag. My partner and I couldn't even get through 1/4 of the popcorn without feeling like we need to barf. The seats are nice but that's pretty much it. No iMAX, no 4D. Literally no place in Fort Mac one can go to watch a decent movie.

Parking space is lovely huge, people at the desk are fast and very friendly. I stoped buying pizza, nachos en pretzels cause they feel like they are being cooked with the time they need to. So I noticed if I go with the butter popcorn and soda at all good to go!.

My family love the installation, washrooms are always clean and if you know wich days to go you could have lots of seat empty. To make your pick !

Great place for entertainment. Love the reclining and spacious seat. Very neat and clean. Good size screen. Popcorns are good. Plenty of washrooms, no need to wait. Washrooms are very clean with accessories. Price is reasonable. Very friendly staffs. There are parking spots including para parking. Location is very good. Other stores are also available near by. Highly recommend others to try this movie theatre.

Easy access. Big Parking lot at the plaza. Friendly assistance was provided at the time of seat selection. It is recommended to come early if you need help with seats to avoid slowing the line

I was looking forward to the new mission impossible movie for years, I paid for 3 seats for the premiere on Thursday so there'd be nobody beside me. There was ZERO mission impossible buckets like I saw on social media!
