The owner was absolutely delightful! So sweet and friendly

Our initial reservation fell through and we needed somewhere to stay. Came across this motel and found it to be very affordable, and considering its May long, we knew rooms would be harder to come by, or prices sky-high.
I enjoyed we did not have to go into Saskatoon to stay, nor pay a fortune.

The room was dated, but for all the time we were in it, simply just to sleep and carry onto our next stop, it did the job.
As with many places, blankets and pillows weren't the most comfortable.
It did the job and good for those quick stops on a road trip

Don't stay here the sheets are disgusting. I didn't notice till the morning. I discussed this with the owner and she said there was nothing wrong with the sheets. Please zoom in to take a good look. A refund has been given by motel. Case closed. Thank you

I booked a stay here for 5 nights, but unfortunately I had to cut my trip short and only stayed 4 nights. I returned my key expecting to pay for the full 5 nights, but was pleasantly surprised when the owner took it upon herself to credit me for the night I didn't stay. I would highly recommend this motel. It's nothing fancy, but gets the job done with great room rates.

Decent room, only hotel in the area. The parking lot is filled with tons of river stone, so anyone with a motorcycle will have issues with both moving the bike around as well as their kickstand. You’ll need to prop up your bike and find a stone/brick to use.

The internet in the room sucks. I was in the room furthest from the office, and I had no signal, and also no cell coverage. TV service is terrible.

Very overpriced for what you get.

Perfect spot to stop for the night while traveling. Great price! Quiet, clean, friendly service, and pet friendly, with a park right across the street to walk your pet.

I went there because it looked like a nice place and it was a reasonable rent for the night but because I only had a piece of paper with a new driver's license on it and an old one with my ID on it she would not accept it. She would not let me stay the night and I was really tired. I had a special needs adult son with me who needed to be able to stay somewhere for the night and I drove 26 km from Saskatoon to save a little bit of money and like I said she would not accept that. I didn't have what she wanted. I showed her my driver's license paper and I showed her a picture of my health card from a different province even though it expired now but it had my picture on it and it wasn't good enough. This place sucks

This is the worst place to stay. I didn't check the bed before and noticed the most disgusting sheets I have ever seen. Also black hair in the bead. Please see pictures attached.
