They took my mom in and she was seen pretty quick. Wait times are not the hospitals fault they are government's fault. Everyone I dealt with were very pleasant. They are direct but again over worked under staffed and most likely under paid. They are doing the best they can for the resources they are given.

Had an early morning scan that I knew I was going to be late for, so I tried to be considerate and call and tell them that. The woman who answered the phone for their booking was the absolute worst for no reason. She was rude from the start of the phone call, and hung up on me abruptly.

I would give them 0 stars for how she acted, if not for the people that work there in person who are kind and helpful.

Very clean emergency room. Staff was friendly and went over and above to make us as comfortable as possible while we waited for some help for my husband. Even brought me a warm blanket to the room when he saw I was cold.

Went here for help with sleeping, havent been sleeping, some nights are literally 0 hours. The sleeping aid I was given doesnt help, so now I'm drinking to fall asleep and waiting to deteriorate enough to go to the psyche ward I guess. Canadian healthcare is a joke. This place is horrible. I was in awe. I couldn't believe it. They literally hooked me up to a machine and told me what I told them. My heart rate and blood pressure.

I waited for over 4 hours to remove a fish bone from my arm after being referred to the ER from my doctors office. The ER doctor on duty, came to remove it and I flinched my arm in excruciating pain. The doctor assumed I gave him the middle finger? My hand had spasmed from the pain as I had not been given anything for pain. He then kicked me out of the hospital. My arm still has a fish bone in it and appears infected. Worst hospital in the region.
