I was in the ER and the staff was well experienced. The triage nurse Kate was so helpful and professional. She had a very positive attitude compared to some others . Cheers to everyone else who maintained a good attitude. The hospital itself was little unorganized/ messy.

Twice I've needed this ER. First time I was met by a surly, holier than though triage nurse with a massive chip on her shoulder. I blacked out in the waiting room, she assumed I just fell asleep (their words) so they skipped past me.

This past time... I waited 6hrs in active heart arrhythmia... After detailing I'd been in that rhythm for about a week.
I was discharged after only blood work... While still in arrhythmia....

It's now the next morning, still have AFib.. but now my heart feels like a giant pulled muscle. ... Truly feel j have a better chance on my couch, than this ER

This hospital sucks big time. No respect from nurses. Forever speaking bad about people in the hospital. Doctors are so rude, no respect or friendliness from them either. Every time me and my other half come here with are not treated as equal like others cause we are homeless. We always gets the dirty rooms while others gets clean ones.

Went for knee surgery here. Props to the whole team! Dr Glew, Dr Cavanagh, nurse Sherri, newbie nurse Torrence and his mentor. Everyone else was great, but I can’t remember their names.
All of the staff were so friendly and professional

WORST. ER. EXPERIENCE. EVER.

Second trip to this hospital and I’m never coming back. You will DIE in the waiting room for emergency. First trip took several hours only for them to give me pain meds, later finding out that I had kidney stones… and now have been sat here for the past 3 and a half hours with my wife in excruciating pain (suspected gallstones) when no one was ahead of us, with them seemingly picking at random who gets to be seen/treated. 4 people who had came in after us had been seen (at the time of writing) could be more.

I’ve always gone to Leduc for an emergency and have a great experience.. until today. I came in with severe shortness of breath, unable to breathe. My o2 stats were concerning. I sat for 5 hours without anyone checking. I asked a nurse for water, she was rude about it, and then went on break. I finally went to a walk in clinic who was disgusted that my o2 levels were as low as they were and it wasn’t of any concern. Being asthmatic and not being able to breathe is scary. Finally got a diagnosis from the walk in clinic within 15 mins. Disgusted at Leduc.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated at the Leduc Community Hospital, and I must say the service was exceptional. The doctors and staff were not only highly professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. I am deeply grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention. Not sure why so many negative reviews. My brother was extremely sick and brought in via ambulance. Transferred to a bed and had blood and urine taken by a very competent and polite nurse. X-ray also done. Samples were analyzed and we were told by the doctor that he had some kind of bacterial infection and would have to remain in the hospital for treatment. All this was done within a couple of hours on a busy Friday night. Excellent service by very competent staff.
