So I gave another place the first crack at a European hem. It was weak....just folded and sowed. Terrible. I called and they knew exactly what I needed I brought in a pair of good length already. I had I think 7 pairs and just a couple of repairs on a rip for some work pants and a button. Well for $118 it was done in maybe 4-5 business days, well ahead of what I was told it may take. And all my jeans look fantastic. Just a perfect job. So I will go nowhere else now. When I went they were fitting someone there. They have a small change room for pinning and trying things on. Just remember it's cash only. Well worth it I thought. So try them out.

I brought my brand new pair of jeans to be hemmed. During drop off the experience was incredibly rushed. I was told to come back in 2 days. When I returned to pickup, they couldn’t find my jeans. I finally got a call 15 minutes before they closed asking me to come in a half hour. Pickup was also rushed and when I got home I found the hem on the jeans is too short and the stitch is very messy and uneven. My high end jeans look terrible now. I’m going to have to repurchase my $250 jeans and go somewhere else for the hem.

Brought my bridesmaid dress in to be altered with only a couple weeks before the wedding. The girl working there was excellent to deal with and she was able to have the dress ready to go within my timeline. Her work was great and they dress fit perfectly.

Only accepts cash. Kinda scuzzy place with bad lighting and run down look. Got alternations on my dress and they were okay. Was hoping for better quality. On my other dress they put the dress inside out and the jewels ripped the mesh. Also, seemed expensive for the quality of service. I would argue it is worth the 20 minute drive into Edmonton to get quality service for a cheaper price.

I brought in a dress and they altered the straps to shorten them. They didn't do what they said so I posted a review and the owner responded and dealt with the situation. They are fixing the dress AND refunded my money. Thank you for writing back and fixing the situation. I will definitely come back because of the customer service!
