Awesome little shop in Leduc. They had a nice squier strat for sale about 1/2 the price of a new one so I thought I'd check the place out.
The guitar was set up really well off the shelf. The staff was super friendly. They even gave me a good deal on a case too.
Definitely going to visit them again next time I need a new instrument or amp. Worth the drive from the city in my opinion.

I am an extremely satisfied and happy customer when I'd received my online order of my first Sigma guitar from this wonderful guitar shop. James had helped me out patiently answering all the concerns of my order. He had provided me with a positive customer experience that I could hardly get anywhere else. It's always a pleasant environment in the store. The staff are friendly and usually knowledgeable I have purchased at least three guitars from this store in recent years; however, I no longer shop for guitars here, as I discovered that all three of mine were highly overpriced. It is my fault for not doing more research. My other objection is that they do not have a selection of Fender or Gibson Guitars. Most of the selection appears to be that of Epiphone and PRS. I like PRS, but not enough to buy one.

For a small shop, they do a decent job. I'm still more prone to give my money to Long & McQuade.

I visited Turner Guitar this week to inquire about having pickups installed on two acoustics that I own. The owner was very knowledgeable, and generous with his time and patient with my many questions.

It's a credit to him that I returned the following day with my guitars to have the service performed, and left the store having also purchased a new guitar that I fell in love with while visiting.

Okay, it's a dangerous place if you show up with your wallet, but it's gratifying to buy from a local business with such a professional staff. I'll be back.

The product arrived in as-described great condition and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I found a specific guitar I’ve been searching for for a while online at Turner’s so I called to check the condition of it. James was incredibly friendly and very truthful about the condition of the guitar (which was in excellent condition). I ended up ordering it right away, and James had it with the shipper within the hour. When I did receive the guitar, it was in better condition than I expected. James even included a hand-written note thanking me for my purchase. It’s these little touches and personalization that made an incredible experience.
