I had a major electrical issue with my F150 show up when I was out of town working. Legacy Ford was able to get me in right away. Unfortunately i had to end up spending an extra night in Rimbey instead of going home, but Lisa in service gave me a ride to the local hotel, while Tom the mechanic decided to come in on his day off the next day to work on my truck.

They were able to get me on the road the following morning so I could at least get home and Lisa arranged to have my truck dropped off at my local ford dealer in Airdrie.

What was a very stressful situation for me, was made so much easier from the help of Lisa and Tom and I couldn’t be more thankful there are such wonderful people in this world. Big thank you again to Lisa, Tom and the rest of the folks at Legacy Ford.

These guys really saved my tail. Caught a major issue right before the warranty expired, and right before I was about to head up some ugly logging roads about 6 hours away. Very chill, relaxed people work here, who are straight shooters. I really appreciate these guys.

$792 for diagnostics. Don't really need to explain anything else do I? Gave me a $200 credit I will never use, and no mention of waiving the fee if I got the work done. Which of course, wasn't even a consideration.

Avoid.

Lisa is nice though, and she tries. Not enough for me to tell people you're not crooks however.

You charged me $792 to tell me my engine had low oil, along with a couple computer diagnostics pertaining to the VCT solenoid. $792 to pull an oil drain plug, press a screen a few times and check some voltages using that same screen.

Again, I won't be back. This is staying up. Treat your customers better and you won't have reviews like this posted. Very simple concept to understand.
