The library is impeccably clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere where people clearly enjoy spending time. There are designated areas for reading, solving puzzles, using computers, and community gatherings. The environment is peaceful and pleasant, making it an ideal place to visit.

An employee at the desk near the computers, a white male, 30s, very non-descript with dark hair tied in a bun gives atrocious service, he’s very unhelpful when people ask a question and uses an annoyed and passive- aggressive tone. He looks almost affronted if a customer asks him anything, even though that’s his well-paying JOB to answer questions and assist customers. This person should not be working at all with customers.

Засмучує тільки наявність місцевих наркоманів, які приймають наркотики прямо в туалетах бібліотеки і бродять по залах(

Was awesome they have Excellent new PC's with controllers keyboard and headphones they have VR there and lots of fun books to read I love watching the train and the little fish swimming I would recommend the workers there are really kind and helpful

I just renewed my library card after YEARS of inactivity. Haven't been into the library since I was a kid. It brought back so many memories of my mom taking me to pick out toys and books to fill my need for creativity! The staff is just as beautiful and friendly as they were when I was a tiny reader. I was helped today by a lady named Ashley who was wholesome and and very kind. She answered my questions with a smile and even suggested things that could help me have a better library experience. We shared some laughs and I felt very welcome and taken care of as I left the beautiful building.Thank you so much Ashley for your kindness and smiles. And thank you Lethbridge for keeping the Public Library a safe and welcoming place for everyone. ♡

Things are showing their age like floors displays seating areas parking lot lines are very faded and needs to be repainted. There were several homeless people seeking a place out out the rain a couple men were asleep in chairs a man and woman were swaying from being high on something. Problaly 20 homeless people roaming around with no intention of ready a book. It wasn't a very comfortable morning at the library. Perhaps the shelter should be open 24 hrs rather that sending their problems out for other businesses to deal with.
