I went there as they had a free clinic there to do income tax. I had an appointment . The taxes were done in about 15 minutes . Was happy it was filed .
People there at the center loved my little Yorkshire Terrier. He entertained them .

Sadly, this organization has been closed for over a year with sporadic openings as those affecting all other businesses. In order to keep staff in place and systems running they promote a takeout or drive up service for meals. When they are open this is a very clean well-organized and extremely well equipped organization for seniors. The exercise equipment is all first class and they have 3 pool tables! There are large very clean gymnasiums and an Olympic pool is attached. They have two dining rooms one of which is use extensively for card play. The menu is always very and the prices can't be lower. They have many specialties like a wood shop, computer rooms, arts and crafts, music and meeting rooms. Hard to beat!

The Leth Seniors citizen org tried to help me find a reputable electrician to give accredited work/warranty for electrical work. No such thing as a Angie’s list in Southern Alberta. There have been numerous requests for such a project, but nothing has resulted. Pity. Real pity that seniors can’t find reputable assistance. It continues!

Generally speaking the luncheon Special is extremely good,but Not today. They served a Chinese Special, Noodles and Ginger Pork? And a Vegetable special. The Noodles were So hard packed together that instead of Serving them with to go on the plate they had to tear them apart with Thier fingers to Serve. Even the Server looked Embarrassed. Hard to chew as well, parts were like a hard paste some was undercooked.The Vegetable melody had been over boiled was tasteless and the meal was cold. Really even the price did not justify what was served. As I said overall their meals are extremely good, but today was a let down. Generally a chef is to serve something that he's willing to Sit down enjoy, and be willing to pay for. So I will allow it was a bad day in the Kitchen and the Head Chef wasn't in. Yes I had commented on it when I dumped it out and no one even said anything even the Garbage can had lots of this special filling it up. YES we will return we like the people and as a rule as I said before the meals are generally fantastic and hopefully this is the only time I have to give such a review.

Good affordable meals. Lots of senior activities to choose from. Friendly staff. Hosts for the Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs presentations every Thursday at noon.

Georgina is hardworking and awesome. Every time i go there the food is great and affordable. Nowhere else sells a full meal for under 10.00
