Lexi's programs are fun, inclusive and informative! Not only is she an absolute joy to be around, but her knowledge and experience in perinatal support makes her invaluable to our community. There is a class option for everyone at any skill level that puts an emphasis on safe movements, along with many educational services specialized in the area of pregnancy and postpartum. If you don't have the typical "village" that many people wonder about when raising a family, look no further. We are so lucky to have this business in our community!

Thanks to Lexi’s guidance, support and expertise, I was able to have an incredibly positive and empowering hospital birth experience. Her input during the prenatal, post natal and labor and delivery stages left me feeling well prepared. Not only did this allow me to have a wonderful labor and delivery but also an easy and fast recovery. She was able to recognize my specific needs and filled that role perfectly. I would highly recommend to any mother for first or subsequent births.

I can't say enough about Lexi and what she offers our community. When I was pregnant, she was a great resource for exercise and keeping fit throughout...I used the body ready method which I found through her, which also included a few assessments with her to keep me on track. Now that I'm on maternity leave, I've done her mom fit classes and stroller fit as well, and I will be doing baby dance classes soon! I've loved every class and it's been really helpful in getting me out of the house, keeping fit, and getting comfortable with what I can do with my little one. I've met some great people in these classes and connecting with other people going through the same thing as you has been so helpful.

Lexi's stroller fit classes are super fun and SUPER effective. After a summer of stroller fit, I was able to haul my 24lb baby up a mountain that would have kicked my ass pre-pregnancy. My husband (who has always been in better shape than me) tapped out after carrying her for 500m (with 50m elevation gain), saying it was an impossible hike to do with a baby on your back, but I was able to carry her the next 5km (600m elevation gain)! Stroller fit is the highlight of my week, and I don't know think I've ever been this strong. Can't recommend it enough!

Lexi is AMAZING and she is an absolutely wonderful person. She respected my birth plan and advocated for me. I am truly blessed and thankful to have found Lexi. I completely trusted her which allowed me to remain calm during my labour and delivery. My entire experience was beyond WONDERFUL and I owe a lot of it to Lexi. I wish there were 6 or more stars as I would give her more than a 5 star rating.
