I have been going to lifemark for many years and have always been treated with the utmost care and respect. I work with Joe and he is able to quickly figure out what is wrong when I am in pain and come up with a plan to get me feeling all better. He never tries to push me to do anything I don't want to do and always asks questions to figure out how he can best support me in my health journey. All of the staff at the clinic carry the same ideals as Joe and that creates a great environment! I will continue to attend this clinic for as long as I need to and as long as they will have me.

I have been seeing Joe the last couple of years. Whenever I have aches/pain or injuries just call and they usually put me in very quickly. Joe has the special ability to figure out the root cause of the pain and come up with a solution right on the spot. He is amazingly talented. My son is playing soccer competitively so whenever he sustains injuries from the sport I will definitely take him to see Joe. Also, the staff is also very welcoming and professional.
I highly recommend this Okotoks physiotherapy clinic to anyone young and old or between.

Joe at LifeMark Physiotherapy, is the best Physiotherapist I've ever had. Within the last year and a half I have had two knee surgeries. Joe has helped me regain strength, mobility, flexibility, and the confidence to get back to doing sports. I would recommend Joe to anyone who needs a Physiotherapist.

From the moment you walk through the door your greeted with a smile from either Mel or Sandra and possibly Cindy peeking Around a corner working behind the scenes and pleasant conversation. Joe was my physiotherapist on 2 separate occasions, the first from a motorcycle accident I had in May 2021. Joe worked with me twice a week for 20 months and all I can say is he's amazing! He knows his stuff!! I could tell as the weeks progressed he was putting a lot of thought into my recovery and getting me back into the best condition possible which he achieved and never doubted which was a huge comfort for me!! I was in extremely ruff shape at the beginning and Joe brought me back to life!! He rocks!! I recently broke my elbow in November 2024 and returned to Lifemark as I knew without a doubt I would get the best possible care available! I had my last appointment yesterday and I'm cleared for work! My job is very demanding physically as a Tile Setter and Joe got me back to work both times without any issues. I cannot sing enough praises about All the staff at Life Mark! Though I never worked with Alissa or Tyler they were also a part of my recovery by their encouragement and friendly smiles! In my 20+ months at Lifemark I got to know all the staff very well and how they operate. I cannot understand how anyone could write a bad review as it would not be truthful. My experience from beginning to end was amazing and yours will be too!! I am so glad I found Lifemark!! Thank you Joe & Staff for getting me back in the saddle! 😎

I have been seeing Tyler, the massage therapist there, for years. He has been nothing but pleasant, professional, and successful at keeping me mobile, despite my lifestyle that is constantly challenging his abilities. I have only had limited experience with the physio side but they were great too. I highly recommend them.

My family have been very grateful for the service provided by Joe and Tyler from day 1 to the end of our therapy after our MVA.They are amazing.Their gentle approach and thorough update with our treatment helped a lot to our full recovery. You dont have to worry about paperworks to your insurance because it was well taken care of.They always made sure that we are properly treated or where we were at every sessions we have.Our concerns were always heared and acknowledged!..My family are very much thankful.Also to the amazing girls at the desk who were always accomodating and were always there even to our last minute changes and still friendly to us if sometimes we dont come right on time for some emergencies.
