From walking in the door and talking to Emma to seeing Nicole Schmidt, my experience with hearing aids has changed drastically in a positive way.
I became deaf about 4 years ago in my right ear. It is very difficult loosing your hearing in one day as opposed to loosing it gradually. I have had great difficulty in adjusting to it. I have a Cros hearing aid in my right ear which is deflective hearing from my left ear. Nicole listened to me and took the time to adjust my hearing aids to a level that I feel much more comfortable. She also explained a few things that were never explained to me when I got them 4 years ago and should have been.
She definitely has the talent (and the heart) to help someone like myself and I am very grateful for the time and effort she spent with me.
Thank you again ladies for your caring!

Came in today for a quick pick up on my way to another appointment . The girl sitting at the desk was on a call. She did acknowledge me however continued on with her call which sounded personal and not business related. I waited at least 4 minutes before she got off. She got up and started to walk away, seeing that I was still standing asked if I was Irma. I told her I was in to just pick up something and she apologized and said she thought I was the next appointment, and realizing the situation she made some comment about main office needing something. Didn't really pay much attention to it as at this point I was already annoyed. Although she apologized I think this was unprofessional on her part.

Nicole was so professional informed me everything she was doing. I felt the information she gave me was so informative.
She gave me options and told me how to take proper care of the hearing aid when it came to microphone that I was never told before. I walk out of the clinic happy even with my old hearing aids that she still got to work for me. Couldn’t say enough about his place. They really care
Thank you Nicole

I went here to get another opinion on my hearing and tinnitus for my veterans affairs benefits, and Nicole was amazing. The level of thoroughness was far superior to any other hearing test I've ever had before. I highly recommend this location in St Albert for all of your hearing needs!

Emma and Courtney were very kind and helpful in assisting my elderly father with his hearing test and completing paperwork for a claim. They were respectful, friendly and caring. Our family very much appreciates this treatment and will continue to do business with them.

Initially my appointment was a positive experience, everyone was friendly and the testing was very thorough. I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated once I tried to inquire about shopping around for a more affordable hearing aid. They only sell one brand of hearing aid and they are very costly. When I asked for a copy of my results, I was told it would stay in my file.
When I pressed for one I was told it would cost $50. Not impressed with pressure sales.

I got custom airpod fittings, they didn’t fit quite right but they were very good with immediately getting them redone and fit perfectly. Very friendly staff.

Betty was amazing to deal with. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question and more.

The rest of the staff was awesome and so helpful.

I would advise any one to go to Living Sounds when any issues come up with their hearing.
