For 3.5 years I went twice a year for 1 year then once a week for 2.5 years. Paying every week. When the councilor was moving to Nova Scotia I asked for my file. I was told by the director my file was with the councilor and she was overseas visiting her family. They showed me an empty file with just my name. They could not supply me an account of my payments, nothing. Finally after months they showed a 1 page letter of my 03.5 years of therapy. It was full of inaccurate details. The director was rude and dismissive. I got a nasty text from the counselor now in Nova Scotia threatening me. When I answered that I was going to report her she begged me not to I have those emails. I wrote a letter certified to the board of but no answer. I was referred to them by Harvest House, I have PTSD from being taken adv
