I went into Honda in October very un certain if a new vehicle was the best decision for me at the time and Chris in sales was by my side the whole time walking me through every single detail putting me at ease. Bought a suv from them which was great and the team was quick and awesome to work with. Then came the first service and they forgot to do the rear dif and tire rotation. Then told me I needed to sign the paper work that said declined the differential fluid recommended by Honda that could effect warranty. I told her I didn’t decline it they missed it and she said that if I want the car I had to sign it but not to worry as it’s not actually recommended till 30000 so I’ll be fine. I grumbled and said fine in the end. Took it back now for the second time and it’s a new lady at service told her what needed to be done and asked that they rotate the tires this time along with everything else that needed to be done and she said the rotation was included in the items I was getting done today. When I went to pick it up they informed me that one tire was 3 32nds the rest 5 32nds and were getting close to needing replacing I asked if they rotated them at least and they said no. When the manger came out he explained that Honda does not rotate tires if one in the back is not good as they keep the better to the front I asked if they could still rotate so I could see if the wear and tear is from a bad tire or poor alignment. In the end it ended up that they would not rotate them for me. So I plan on going to my regular tire shop and asking them about it. In the end I think it was missed again and just is poor service. The way he treated me I know I won’t be buying a Honda from them again as now I have to pay again to have tires rotated and all these guys will get is warranty work!
