No gown required for shot to front of hip (groin). Staff were respectful and patient to assist with opening enough clothing to expose the area of treatment. Dr. explained what he was doing, how it would feel, and what to expect now, in hours from now, and in a week from now.

Second part of visit was for an ultrasound Of my right thumb/wrist area. The man who did the procedure was polite and sociable enough to make me feel welcome. His technique made me feel confident I was getting the best scans that the specialist needs to determine my treatment plan.

This building has morphed from a cattle ranch to a fine human being treatment centre. Kudos to the operators and the staff who are the face of this business! I know they have come a long way from making everyone have to put on gowns for tests that really don’t require them. That alone keeps the waiting area clear of people who are waiting for their turn in the most embarrassing of garb. Appointments are quick and efficient.

I liked that I was able to get my shot in the hip without having to wear a gown. It saved everyone time wasted going to the wait area, then to a change room, then back to the wait area, and then followed by having to go to the change room to put my clothes back on. I understand the gown provides access to some regions that clothes do not, but the speedy process for the procedures that are possible is great. I prefer to keep my clothes and get in and out as fast as possible.

I have had a number of injections at this clinic over a number of years and have had no issues. The staff have always been supportive and helpful. I have never had a bad experience. In fact, this latest visit the technicians were able to give me advice on how the injection site could be changed in order to give me more comfort. A+ to this clinic.

I have never been so disappointed in an Ultrasound in my life. We drove 3 hours to come to this place because it is suppose to be a good place and you can get in faster than anywhere where we are from. You’re right, we got in fast and the appointment was fast because the girl half a$$ed her job. When I would try to explain WHERE the pain was she legit went around it and wouldn’t even respond to me. Her bedside manner was horrible. And of course, the results look fine. When my doctor, a chiropractor, and physiotherapist have all confirmed something is wrong. The girl had blue or purple hair and glasses that did my scan.

I am pregnant with my 4th child and I was very hesitant coming to the Meridian due to a unpleasant experience I had 5 years prior with my 3rd pregnancy. Back then I had a tech do the 20wk ultrasound and she made the experience very uncomfortable for myself and my spouse. However, this time around it was nothing but pleasant. I had to come back twice, as my baby decided he was too comfortable and refused to turn even an inch. So, I had two different techs perform the ultrasound and both ladies were nothing but warm and kind. I was very happy with the experience and think the entire staff there is quite friendly.
