Would not send my child. At the park they have 4 staff with all their childcare kids. Great. Except the fact that 3 of the staff are walking laps around the park talking to each other and focused on their phones. Leaving the fourth(in yellow shirt) on a bench watching from one angle only while they are not paying much if any attention. Kids are various age ranges, some of which definately need closer attention paid then what one person sitting on a bench can provide. The other three have not separated more then 2 feet from each other. This has been for over 30 min

Best way to decide daycare is to witness behaviors of staff and children while they are out and about since thats usually when they do their best job for aging attention to kids and where they are.
