This is so much more than food - it’s an experience. A journey, if you will. If you’re a fan of spice like myself, or just want a random challenge to mix things up, you NEED to visit this place, and here’s why:

a) Their hot sauce options are through the roof. You can find whatever you’re looking for here in terms of heat/flavor profile.
b) The food is fresh, hot, flavorful, and overall reeeaalllyyy tasty!! Add a kick of spice and it’s perfect.
c) The team is incredibly helpful and can hook you up with the exact flavors that you prefer. Excellent customer service, and they’re really funny and personable!
d) Lucifer’s is really a master of its craft that brings their food to life in a fun, unique, delicious way.

Their Hot Ones nights with a 10 wing gauntlet (just like in Hot Ones) happens the last Friday of every month and it is so much fun. You get to try 10 different flavors of spicy wings in succession all while trying to maintain your bodily function and sanity - it’s the best!!!

Omg!! Just love the manager/ owner and the chef who’s there over lunch. Super welcoming and hospitable and the food is fresh and very reasonably priced!!! Amazing veggie options and the retail sauces are outstanding. If you’re a foodie looking to add some spice to your kitchen….. this is your GO TO!!!!

Lucifer’s is an absolute must try. The menu is large, creative, affordable, and delicious. Staff are friendly, and clearly passionate about their work. Whether you eat inside or on the patio the people watching is lovely, and you’re only a 2 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of pescatarian and veggie options, and I highly recommend the Mercury Rising and Blazin Italian sandwiches (pictured below). Lucifer’s has a huge range of drinks, chips, and hot sauces to try. They also have a wall of alcohol-free beer, wine, vodka, gin, etc. that make for great gifts. Sandwiches are currently priced around the $8 mark and are so so worth it.

We had the BEST experience here today! Both of the guys working were so fun and personable and friendly and best of all, KNOWLEDGEABLE!
We easily tried 10+ sauces, both recommendations and our own choices. We ended up coming out with some snack, drinks, and 3 new hot sauces that are phenomenal!
Seriously some of the best customer service we have ever had, and we had so much fun with these two. We will definitely be coming back for more! The owner should be super proud of their crew, they were REPRESENTING today with their best!

An extremely impressive selection of hot sauces, well priced and thoughtfully laid out. The fella who helped me out was super knowledgeable and obligingly provided me with samples of dozens of his recommendations and my picks.

If you're the kind of person who can't find the pain you seek in a bottle of the regular stuff, this place is a good visit. I gleefully blew the head off my friends with some heavy hitters, and I now have 6 new sauces in the rotation.

Fantastic place where you can try a huge variety of hot sauces! It's almost impossible to leave this place with empty hands!

Friendly personnel will guide through the unknown or, maybe, known forest of forbidden spicy tastes and help you survive with funny jokes 🙂

My husband and I are from out of town visiting family in North Van. I specifically wanted to check out Lucifer’s house of heat for the hot sauces. What a Gem of a place. The food is incredible and the owner and staff are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend checking it out.
