I found a weekend trip suitcase for only $50!🤩 Can you believe it? With all this inflation and stuff, I wasn't expecting to find such a great deal. The customer service was awesome, I'm definitely going to recommend it to my friends and family.

Not impressed at all. Go in there the employee at the till didn’t bother to acknowledge me at all, too busy talking I. His language to a friend. Will not shop here again. Very rude and ignorant didn’t even bother to say hi. Poor customer service

I bought 2 brand new luggages for $280 and its so funny before I reach to the airport to start my trip both the luggages wheels are brocken..And the way they lied and sell this cheap stuff to us its very dissapointed . They are using branded name luggages with fake cheap stuff. Im gonna take all the legal actions for this store for doing this kind of cheap work. And the sales men is a good actor.

Do not buy luggage bags from here. I bought a large bag for $160 for a trip to India recently and it didn't make the trip. It was a hard shell bag and sheared off around the wheels while being packed 3kgs less than what was allowed by airlines (23kg). I know they sell cheap stuff but for a $160 bag I was expecting at least 3 4 trips out of it if not more.

I really appreciate the service and quick solution of The Head Office Edmonton name ;Dhiman for letting me exchange the luggage which I really need the most on this time for my travel soon. I bought a purse from your store .The handle broke on after I used it for about a hour. I tried to return it to your store or exchange it. They refused to exchange it. I have the receipt. the purse was poor quality and poorly made so disappointed.

Buyer beware , these guys do not honour their return and exchange policy , bought a product from them and the stitching fell apart , I was looking to exchange it and upgrade , the fella I spoke with was the same guy I bought it from , first he tried to tell me it was past the 14 days I told him to look at the receipt again then he said I abused the product and walked away , I followed him and told him to look again , how is something a week old with the stitching letting go abused ? My wife was shopping in there I told her to just put everything down and we left , from what I’ve read in other reviews this is a common practice for these guys , friendly during purchase very rude with issues
