Great local gym. Packs a good amount of quality equipment for its size. Great for every type of gym goer. The staff are great at keeping the place up to date, keeping it clean, and are very friendly.

The staff keep the gym clean and as organized as possible.
It is a smaller gym, and it does have a lot of different equipment to use. So that's a plus.
The cost is a bit high at $70/month. But when you have no other choice it fills the gap.

A nice local gym I visited often while in town for work for a few months. Filled with all the equipment you could need, clean & spacious, and never crowded. It's quite pricey, especially compared to larger gyms in larger towns, but definitely the best option in Kincardine area

I really like this place. It's well-lighted with ample free weights and machines. The classes are great too. You really can't go wrong with this gym's hours of operation either.

It's a good gym. It has enough to get a full workout in. I go here when I'm in town for work. Good staff and newer equipment. It has weighs, benches, a few cardio machines and a streach area. Good gym. Based on the reviews most members are out of town. Price is high for what you get. All in all stop on in and make a decision for yourself.

Nice clean and airy environment. Machines are repaired promptly. Staff are friendly and there are personal training available. Cody the owner is available at select time to ask & offer advice.

Great staff and very clean, but the amount of equipment that has been out of service and broken for months, almost years on end is getting a bit ridiculous. Still, great and friendly staff
