Very clean and open space, was so easy to move stuff on ground level ,I was waiting for long time, staff is very polite and helpful... Price is very very good compared to my other storage before....

Delays!! I feel like I could've moved in to this storage unit 1 month from the time I did and had a much better experience, but I guess they don't make money from empty units. I'm thinking that this is why the place is renting at a discounted rate.
I've been able to access the facility once, and only because there were contractors working on a Saturday. (A secure access has yet to be installed.)By the time I'm home at 5:30 pm the place is a ghost town and to me that doesn’t make very good business sense for somewhere that's trying to make a positive name for itself in a new neighbourhood.
I regret paying the amount I did and if my experience continues to be lacklustre/just another number, I'll look elsewhere sooner than later.
