This is just another entity in the industrial complex of poverty and over control by the government. After speaking with a few different schools and their administrators I was told "the goal from the folks here is to make it as hard as possible for you to get funding" they were not wrong. So after having a meeting where they make you feel less than worth it (thanks Danielle 😉), knowing it's already been a hurdle to land here, and then pile on an absurd amount of extra work to prove your job is worth the time even though the sector is crying for people. Even if you have all your paper work together, be prepared for more hoops that will extend the use your time, energy and resources. These ghost programs are just tax write offs, shelters, and facades for the province.

Unfortunately their quality of service has drastically reduced over the past few years. I'm receiving emails from my case manager without attachments, receiving emails with weird formatting that looks like it's copy and pasted. I'm receiving phone calls and they're telling me one thing only to send me an email contradicting themselves. Please replace these workers with AI as soon as possible so we can get government services working properly again.🙏
