We absolutely love these Taekwondo classes! My 4-year-old looks forward to every session and has grown so much in confidence, focus, and discipline since starting. The instructors are incredibly patient, encouraging, and great with young kids—they strike the perfect balance between fun and structure. It’s been amazing to watch my child develop not just physical skills, but also respect and self-control. The environment is positive, inclusive, and very family-friendly. Master Tony Kook’s Taekwondo has had such a huge impact on my life. Their encouragement and support are second to none, creating an environment where kids don’t just train, they grow. It’s more than a martial arts school - it’s a family. It’s home.

Beyond their regular classes, their spring and summer camps are just as outstanding, interactive, engaging, and packed with activities that keep kids active, learning, and having fun. Whether in class or at camp, they go above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience!

One of the experiences I personally love as a parent is belt test day. Master Kook’s speech to the kids is always inspiring, and their instructors are right there, cheering them on and supporting them to do their best. The way they celebrate each child’s hard work and progress makes it a day I always look forward to. Today, Master Kook reminded everyone that a black belt is a white belt that never quits, and at this school, kids are truly equipped with the mindset and resilience to keep going and never give up!🥋

The Northshore TKD school has been an amazing place to developed skills and work on virtuosity like respect, commitment and resiliency to face life challenges and gain self confidence.
