Our family was driving down the road when our tire on our fifth wheel blew up. The staff here stayed past their shift to help us, changed our tires and were so wonderful. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

No matter the situation I have been treated like a deliquent by the owners wife. She has no cuthe. Two years ago I gave them two Durangos plus a buick Skylark for scrap and I gave them for nothing, then last year we had a fire and needed a flat deck for a truck that had burnt in whick he charged my pa to hail it out. Then recently I had an unfortunate situation arise where the trailer I was living in was towed in and left in their impound for five days. It was broke into and things were stolen and the only thing she said when I asked about getting the footage from the surveillance camera's I was shut down with her saying "oh you can't see their faces anyways". This business has been a major player in our community since before my time and I am almost ashamed to say there is a tow truck or fab shop this day for fear they will rip my friend off too, I Don't recommend them unless you have ama. Now the other staff are A1. The tow truck operater was professional and went out of his way to see to it that my passengers were looked after and dropped them off in town at their home when my truck broke down east of gudo earlier this year.hhhh

I had one of our trucks break down on the highway just before town, the driver that came to help was great & from the issue advised their shop would be able to fix it. they had it completed early the next morning ! i will keep them on file if we have any issues again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service starting with the owner vaping in our faces (indoors) to the atrocious women working at the front counter. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Uhm very moody staff...they rip you off for recycling batteries by far. But hey they can change a tire:)
