Je suis allée à cet hôtel pour un court séjour d'affaires. J'ai été bien satisfaite. Le lit était confortable et la chambre propre. Le personnel était chaleureux et attentionné. J'ai bien apprécié le chauffage efficace car avec le froid à l'extérieur s'était bien de se retrouver au chaud rapidement. Bref, je suis contente du rapport qualité-prix 🙂

Le personnel était prévenant et offrait plusieurs options pour nous faciliter la vie : chambre pour les réunions, table et chaises d'extras. Les chambres étaient bien équipées pour faire la cuisine et les suites assez grandes pour y faire sécher le matériel sportif.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je visite cet hôtel et je l'ai apprécié encore une fois. Le personnel est aimable et courtois et le service dépasse mes attentes. J'y étais pour affaires et j'y ai rencontré des gens intéressants.

I spent nearly a week at this hotel, and I must say, it is truly stunning with attention. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, featuring mattresses that make me feel like I'm sleeping at home. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the omelets! Furthermore, the hotel staff is wonderful!

Horrible experience. We booked the Royal Suite, the bed frame was broken when we got there and the manager proceeded to blame us and charged us $350 for it even though we did not break it. It looked like it had been broken for years, I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a common thing they do and charge guests consistently. Absolutely won’t be staying here ever again.

Worst experience ever and highly over rated. I stayed on November 24. First of all, receptionist had no smile of her face, just flat affect when I checked in. Then after putting my stuff in the room, I went to get coffee from lounge as coffee machine was not working in my room and there was no coffee, not even hot water. There was just sugar and coffee whitner and when I asked to the receptionist that from where I can take coffee or hot water for coffee then she told me the way and place for getting hot water but seemed like she pissed off. Second, I paid for breakfast in the morning and they just packed you the breakfast. No buffet so that you can choose what you want. I am sorry to say but I have never seen such type of hospitality.

The room was disgusting and dirty. The washroom had dirty marks in it that were definitely not just stains. The room smelled musky and the carpet was very gross. I was able to suck it up for 2 nights, but was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. The lady at the front desk was nice, but that didn’t make up for the rest of the experience. Will not be staying here again.

This place has potential but I had so many issues on my 2 night stay. I was put in room 217 which looks out to a wall. You can barely see the sky from this room. The room is closest to the elevator which beeps throughout the night. Outside the elevator is a speaker blaring music 24/7. You can sing along in room 217 if you’re feeling ambitious. I ordered uber for dinner and they forgot my plastic fork. I went to front desk and was charged 1$ for a plastic fork? Ridiculous!!! My room also overlooked the staff smoking area. One of the staff clearly has serious lung issues and is having a complete coughing fit while trying to finish her cigarette. Avoiding this spot for all future business trips.
