This is a Community created for the Most Vulnerable!A safe haven where free breakfast and lunch is served Monday through Friday by caring ,nonjudgmental staff and volunteers! On one side of Metro ,Community is the Cafe where the meals are served and seating and washrooms are available . Just outside of the Cafe is a Courtyard ,where a Storage Program is offered and a cozy place to relax . On the other side of the building is a Hygiene Program ,a Laundry Drop Off Service and many other ways of support! There is also another building that offers Church Services for those who are interested and a small Gallery for Local Artists to show their Work ! It is a Community that focuses on Supporting Clients in many different ways while letting them keep their Dignity!

Metro is the perfect picture of community. I love the feeling I get each time I go I feel fulfilled. And I believe the kindness of the pastor is what has helped them and will continue to aid in their support and success story's. There staff are a wonderful team. And the support that is provided is much needed for our community especially the people who need.

I think that it's a great place to visit. The staff were great and there is always a person to talk to. It's very clean and quite peaceful. . It is nice to have somewhere to go to, and the food was beyond good. There are no " looks" of bias or judgments, and you feel accepted . My thanks goes out to all those who make it work 🤗
