I brought my phone in to this place for repairs to the mother board, they got it done fast. But, they forgot to check the camera before giving it back to me and it wasn't working, so I bring it back and she said it was their error on not checking it out before passing it off. So I gave it back, was told it would only take a few days. Which turned into 5 weeks of excuses after excuses and still don't have my phone. No updates no communication unless I call. I'm convinced they lost my phone. Horrible customer service.

Matthew is a true expert at what he does. He had no issue understanding our centralized smart home system request, and integrating Bell with that.He is on time, responsive to questions via text and doesn’t hesitate to make a service call. Excellent customer service and we were happy to learn we have a local person that can help us with our rural technology, internet and devices!

Sandra has always been great even when there is no business to be done and she is just helping. I had a massive issue with Bell and thought I would just drop by MiCell as a last resort after getting the run around on the phone for days. She went out of her way and offered to ship a device back that hadn't even been setup at her store and was sincere. Not what I experienced with the three different Bell reps I has spoken to prior.
