Once again, this shop hits it out of the park for service and customer satisfaction! I’ve had nothing but amazing service before and was a bit leery when I found out that there was a change of staff at the front. (Just used to the amazing service Chad provided.) It took less than 10 minutes to know that the service leveled UP to an even higher standard! Jasmine has been a superstar through the drama of a broken transmission, and when I thought all hope was lost on a technicality that “voided” my aftermarket warranty, she and the AMAZING owner put their heads together and discovered a Hail Mary!

I’m almost dreading when this is done and my van is fixed… I’ve quite enjoyed dropping in every few days under the guise of checking on my vehicle… but really I just love the energy of the shop! The techs are fantastic… and have the BEST music selections!

Haven t had any work done for a few years but had them do my back brakes last Saturday. They are still bang in with their start time and finished before the expected time on price that was quoted. I like it as they explain everything ahead of time with an accurate price before starting. Awesome and keep up the good work

I was in Duncan visiting family and was about to make the long drive home to Pender Island when my son in law noticed brake fluid leaking from my rear wheel. I called Midas and Jasmine was so helpful on the phone and told me to bring it right in and they would take a look at it and try and get the repair done that day. It was repaired in a few hours. The service was excellent! Thank you very much.

I needed a 2001 3500 Dodge Cummins to be gone over for a heavy towing. The mechanics gave the truck a thorough inspection and improved its road worthiness significantly. We called Midas in Duncan BC as we just discovered a flat tire as we parked on our campsite. The staff was super friendly and went the extra mile to give beyond excellent customer service! They not only repaired our tire, but also encouraged us to call back if we needed help with anything else. I can say that if we were residents of Duncan, we would have become a recurring customer just based on service alone. Thank you for taking our stress away during our short stay in Bamberton!

Great people, great service! Was in crunch time to get new tires over the weekend and the re torque before a road trip. This team was able to get it all done and fit in the re torque before I headed south, excellent work and would recommend to anyone!

The worst experience of my life! Mechanics are incompetent and tried to hide the broken bolt in the block by filling it with silicone they almost wrecked the car by doing this to the timing chain cover couldn’t set the timing broke the oil pick-up tube and when they reconnected the cooling system hoses the were done incorrectly luckily the great people at Island Ford were able to extract the bolt and fix the timing plus reroute the cooling hoses correctly.Midas will rip you off don’t go there.
