So my son is going to mail it now to take his driver's license twice. First time he had a lady instructor who instructed him on how to drive one way this time around. He has a male instructor young fella instruction one how to drive a completely different way. I think that the registries need to get their minds made up as to which way to teach people on how to drive kind of messes with a kid as he's just learning how to drive

Over a few years I asked this location for information for my vehicles and the information I received was incorrect. It didn't make sense to me so I contacted another registry and got the correct answers. This location needs to keep up-to-date.

Millet Registry Office:

I've tried using the Millet Registry Office multiple times, but each experience has been frustrating. The staff often respond in a roundabout manner, making it difficult to get clear answers. Instead of direct assistance, I’m often met with vague responses or told they can't help.
I suspect I'm not alone in feeling this way, and it would be interesting to compare their productivity statistics with those of other Registry Offices. The issue doesn’t seem to be the lack of foot traffic, but rather the approach of the staff.

I wouldn’t waist your time going in, go to Leduc or Wetaskiwin as they are way more positive and friendly.

Raj gave me some great pointers during one of my attempts at passing my Class 5 that assisted me in my future test! He helped me acknowledge and understand my mistakes.
Definitely recommend booking your test with him!

If you're expecting a registry office where the lines are long and the staff are miserable, you'll be pleasantly surprised because the Millet registry office is not like that at all. Wait lines are short or non-existent. The staff are so friendly and helpful you'll have to check that you're actually in a registry office. This is just one more reason that small towns like Millet are so great.

I had 2 attempts in taking the road test in Millet. I must say though I failed the 1st attempt, it encouraged me to take another one without hesitation. Because even I made mistakes Mr. RAJ thoroughly explained everything. The minor things with emphasized to the major things that can cause an accident in the road and you will know that Mr. RAJ just wanted any drivers in Alberta upholds the discipline any driver should hold on the road while you hold the steering wheels for your own safety, your passenger/s and also the others on the road. You will respect him in this kind of field. He is very professional, firm yet very gentle in the way he corrects you. He is well dressed and looks very neat that shows he takes his job seriously. He prepares for you that's why you will take him seriously, you will come back prepared in all aspect yet he didnt show intimidation in anyway. So respectful and kind. I really like how he emphasized the importance of safety in the road. He is very objective yet respectful when he explains to you what went wrong and how you should be handling the situation properly and safely the next time same circumstance appears. Hats off to you Mr. RAJ.

Went in needing help with multiple things. The attendant was super helpful, patient and kind, and went above and beyond. We got all the things we needed to done in a timely manner. Will be my go to registry now. I usually go to Leduc.

What happened to this place. You have signs all over about zero tolerance. Yet the amount of disrespect shown and the rude attitude when being spoken to. I've never had this problem dealing with Maria here for 10 years. These other ladies are despicable.
