It is rare to find a place with customer service like this. The place feels modern and secure. *Update* Changed to 2 star because while my initial experience was good this place started to feel very corporate. After 3 months my rate went up by $12.00 on a $50 rental, then after 10 months they tried to charge me $25 for insurance. Shortly After I proved my insurance I got a letter saying my rate was going up by an additional $12. I made 2 attemps to correct the price change and had no communication back. Long story short: It is a great secure facility but while the initial rates look good, they are short lived.

Absolutely the best experience ever!! Roberta is a gem 💙 she was amazing to chat with and even with the cold wind outside she walked us around the facility to show us how to use it while explaining about the many security features they have! And we showed up right before closing and she was more than happy to make sure we got everything figured out ☺️

My lacombe storage unite is payed 3 months in advance. Mini mall storage is calling me saying I owe money this is ridiculous. Could this company be more incompetent.

Roberta was absolutely amazing!!! Gave me all the info I needed and more, and was able to get me into a storage unit today. She is absolutely hands down the best front desk person a company could ask for!!

Positive experience.
Easy to set up over the phone
The folks that help are very polite
And helpful
We had lights go out above our area.
It seems like they are quick to call for a repair.
No repairs have been done yet but I’m sure soon they will be.

As a local business owner needing a trust worthy storage facility and a nice friendly face behind the counter this is the best place to go. Roberta is and has always had a smile and warm greeting every time I step inside the facility. She truly cares about the customers on levels I have never seen before. I am so happy to have my treasured belongings here and hope that the company realizes how important she is to the business. Simply put without Roberta it is just another storage place. She is what makes this location a Five star experience hands down. Thank you Roberta for being you !

Roberta is AMAZING!! What a lovely, friendly and helpful woman to deal with! The facility is fantastic, so neat and tidy and very well maintained! I highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs!

Additional Note: As stated above, Roberta is a wonderful person however sadly, her company does NOT allow refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased there! Seriously?!?!? I purchased almost $400 worth of boxes and packing materials from her. Today I called to see if I could exchange my unused boxes for different sized boxes…as when I originally purchased, they were out of the sizes I needed so we brian-stormed on different ways I could make what they had work. Now I have leftovers that are completely unused and undamaged and called to see if I could exchange these for different sizes. The answer was NO, that unfortunately they do not allow refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased there. Pretty sad that a company not only would not allow exchanges or refunds but that they’d also rather the perfectly unused boxes be wasted. Definitely recommend U-HAUL for all your packing materials required…they buy back all unused merchandise.
